No, wAnywhere does not support blocking of any application and websites. It’s only monitor and capture opened application and visited websites data.
How long will the account get activated?
Account will get activated as soon as registration process get done.
When manager can track the productivity of users?
Manager can track productivity post installation and login into client application by users.

Productivity of user can see in Activity monitor section under wAnywhere console.
