How to resolve an Invalid username and password error?
Step 1: This document explains steps for the User getting error ‘Invalid Username and Password, please contact the Administrator’ while logging into Application.
Step 2: The user needs to make sure if (s)he is logging in with Valid Credentials.
Step 3: If the user is logging in with Invalid Credentials or forgot the password then Super Admin needs to reset the password for the user from the ‘User Mgmt’ Section on Console.

Step 4: If the user is logging in with Valid Credentials and still getting the error, then the Super Admin/Admin needs to investigate for the valid Application Build Version and make the user log in with the right agent application version.
Step 5: User needs to ensure logging in with the right agent app version and credentials to avoid error.
